Leadership Skills in a Digital Age
Digital transformation is impacting all aspects of the arts world from audience engagement to back-end management. To succeed in the future, both arts leaders and arts consultants need to enhance their traditional leadership skills and acquire new ones. How can those working in the sector stay on top of digital change and blend the best of old and new skills to sustain and grow their arts practices and/or their organizations. Join us to hear examples of how a ‘well established consultant/young leader client’ team faced relevant leadership challenges and came up with solutions. This will be an interactive session and participants will be challenged to explore and share options working in teams.
